Last night, Ferrari unveiled its latest addition to the V8 GT group - the new Ferrari Portofino - at an exclusive event at London's Kensington Olympics on a strong 500 guest list. The spectacular initiative brought together London's best society with guests of fashion, arts and creative communities, as well as those who have a passion for the distinguished Italian brand. Celebrating the best young design talent, six students from leading design and technology colleges were also invited to launch, recognizing outstanding academic achievement.
Announced for the first time in the UK, the Ferrari Portofino marries performance and versatility with unparalleled comfort and satisfaction. Named after the charming village in the Italian Rivera, Portofino is chic and stylish, perfectly designed to run every day. Capable of delivering 600 cv and running from 0 to 200 km / h in just 10.8 seconds it is the most powerful convertible to combine a retractable hard top, a wide payload and two rear seats suitable for short trips.
A team of master mixologists serving cocktails, including a Portofino cocktail made especially for the night. London is the fourth stop of the European car tour, which began in Portofino in September before moving to Rome, Paris and Lausanne, ahead of the next event in Düsseldorf.
